The effects of compression load to the trunk on lipid metabolism in an inactive phase

Hepatic gene expression of compression loading mice were analyzed using DNA microarray. The compression load to trunk affected on gene expression related to carbohydrate metabolism, lipid metabolism and the immune system. We made the adjustable compression clothes for mice and, ten-weeks-C57BL/6N male mice were attached to adjustable compression clothes, and were divided into two groups (compression group or non-compression group which only wore the clothes). 8hr after compression load to trunk to compression group, we performed transcriptome analysis in liver tissue to investigate the functional mechanism of compression loading.
