资源简介:
Research hypotheses: H1: A revised CD-RISC can assess driver resilience effectively among the Chinese driver population.
H2: Psychological resilience is negatively associated with driving anger.
H3: Driver psychological resilience mediates the relationship between age and driving anger.
H4: Driver psychological resilience is strongly associated with demographic factors, including sex, age, and driving experience.
Results: Factor analysis identified four dimensions for the revised scale: individual abilities, positive emotions, acceptance of change, and belief. The scale demonstrated strong internal consistency and structural validity. The correlation tests revealed a negative correlation between driver resilience and driving anger. Mediation analysis showed older drivers to have lower driving anger, with psychological resilience partially mediating this effect. Demographic analysis revealed that male drivers had higher resilience than female drivers; professional drivers scored higher than non-professionals; and drivers with over 10 years of experience showed greater resilience. The 24-item resilience scale has strong psychometric properties, making it an effective tool for assessing psychological resilience in drivers.
