NRS-18348 | Appeals register [New South Wales Coal Compensation Review Tribunal]

This series consists of a register of appeals against decisions made by the NSW Coal Compensation Review Tribunal. The register, which was compiled by the Tribunal, consists of completed forms that outline the major details of each appeal. Each form gives the appeal number, the appellant's name and address, an address for the service of notice, the date of the appeal, the decision appealed against, the name of the colliery holding involved in the appeal, a small paragraph on the grounds of the appeal and the date of notification to the board.The appeals register is contained within two files and arranged by appeal number in chronological order. The early forms have been filled in by hand while later forms are typed.
