Supplementary Material for the study "Psychological Safety in Software Development: A Literature Study"

This repository contains the supplementary material associated with the literature study on psychological safety in software development. The material was developed to support transparency, traceability, and reproducibility of the research process.

The repository includes: (i) the review protocol; (ii) the search strings and data sources used to identify primary studies; (iii) the list of included and excluded studies; (iv) the data extraction forms; (v) the coding scheme adopted during the analysis; (vi) the complete dataset generated throughout the study; and (vii) the resulting framework synthesizing the antecedents, moderators, behavioral indicators, consequences, and strategies related to psychological safety in software development.

These materials complement the findings reported in the paper and provide detailed evidence supporting the study's analysis and conclusions.
