This dataset provides the minimal dataset to interpret and reproduce the analyses reported in the associated manuscript for the Yellow River Delta (China). It includes three functional raster layers (GeoTIFF; WGS 1984 / EPSG:4326;) for carbon storage, habitat quality, and water purification, as well as the complete Marxan v2.43 input files and parameter settings used for conservation–restoration prioritization. File structure and metadata are described in README.txt.
