<span style='color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333px;'>The purpose of this feature class is to illustrate the location of proposed wastewater areas in public wastewater systems in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as collected by Kentucky’s Area Development Districts. The locations of proposed wastewater areas, along with the basic attribute data concerning those features, are used by the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority, Area Development Districts, public wastewater systems, and other state/local agencies for the purpose of wastewater infrastructure planning, project development, state and federal funding applications, Kentucky State Clearinghouse, capital improvement plans, data analysis, and for any other purpose that will improve the wastewater infrastructure and service in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.</span>
