MicroRNA Profiling in Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury of the Gracilis Muscle in Rats (miRNA data)

Following 4 h of ischemia and subsequent reperfusion for 4 h of the gracilis muscles, the specimens were analyzed with an Agilent rat miRNA array to detect the expressed miRNAs in the experimental muscles compared to those from the sham-operated controls.将股薄肌进行4小时缺血处理后再实施4小时再灌注，采集标本采用安捷伦（Agilent）microRNA（miRNA）芯片开展分析，以对比检测实验组肌肉与假手术对照组的miRNA表达差异。
