Metagenome of Sophora davidii

Silage Preparation of Sophora davidiiExperimental materials were obtained from the Agricultural Institute of Huaxi District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. The region is situated in central Guizhou, with an average annual temperature of 16 degrees Celsius and an annual precipitation of 1335.6 mm. The plant material used was cultivated Sophora davidii, harvested at the podding stage. The top 30 cm of branches and leaves were collected for the experiment.The experimental design involved two factors: chopping length and additives. Chopping length was set at three levels: 1 cm, 3 cm, and 5 cm. Additives were applied in five treatment groups:C: Control (distilled water)M: 1.5% molasses (based on fresh matter, FM)LP: 1x10^6 CFU/g FM of commercial Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (purchased from Zhongke Jiayi Company)CE: 0.05% FM cellulase (purchased from Beijing Coolab Company; enzyme activity 1:7000, derived from Trichoderma viride)FA: 0.4% FM formic acidAfter thorough mixing, each sample was placed in a 500 ml silage jar, compacted, sealed, and stored at room temperature in darkness. Each treatment was replicated three times, resulting in a total of 45 samples. After 30 days, the samples were opened and subjected to sequencing.
