Transcriptional profile of human memory B cells isolated from lung, lung-draining lymph node and PBMCs

RNAseq was performed on human memory B cells isolated from lung, lung-draining lymph nodes and PBMCs to identify differentially expressed genes underpinning tissue localisation. Overall design: Cells from human tissues were stained and sorted for memory B cells (CD20+ CD19+ IgD- IgG+). Transcriptional profiling and differential gene expression was performed using RNA sequencing.
