Study data: Procrastination at work: Evidence of validity, reliability, and factorial invariance of a brief measure in Peruvian university professors

This dataset corresponds to an instrumental study conducted with 586 Peruvian university professors, aimed at analyzing the psychometric properties of the Teacher Work Procrastination Scale (PAWS-DU). The dataset includes sociodemographic information and responses related to work procrastination, workload, and teaching self-efficacy, used to assess validity, reliability, and factorial invariance by sex.
