The ncRNAs derived from transfer RNAs (tRNAs), such as tRFs (tRNA-derived fragments) and tiRNAs (tRNA halves), play crucial roles in sperm development, maturation, and function, ultimately affecting the health of offspring. To further elucidate the changes in sperm tRF & tiRNA profiles induced by neonatal sevoflurane exposure, we collected sperm from the caudal epididymis of rats and isolated total RNA for tRF & tiRNA sequencing.
源自转运RNA(transfer RNAs, tRNAs)的非编码RNA(non-coding RNAs, ncRNAs),例如tRNA衍生片段(tRNA-derived fragments, tRFs)与tRNA半分子(tRNA halves, tiRNAs),在精子发生、成熟及功能维持中发挥关键作用,最终可对子代健康产生影响。为进一步阐明新生期七氟烷暴露诱导的精子tRF与tiRNA表达谱变化,我们收集了大鼠附睾尾的精子,并提取总RNA进行tRF与tiRNA测序。
