SalMotifDB is a tool and database for analyzing putative transcription factor binding sites in salmonid genomes. A database and associated web and R interface for the analysis of transcription factors (TFs) and their cis-regulatory binding sites in five salmonid genomes.SalMotifDB是一款用于分析鲑科基因组中推定转录因子结合位点的工具与数据库。该数据库配套了网页端与R语言交互界面，可用于分析5种鲑科基因组内转录因子（transcription factors, TFs）及其顺式调控结合位点。
