The dataset contains weekly total chlorophyll data as well as cyano-chlorophyll data gathered in 2022 in eutrophic urban ponds (Krähenteich, Mühlenteich). The ponds are fed by the river Wakenitz in Lübeck (Schleswig-Holstein - Germany). The measuring period spans the timeframe needed for chlorophyll-based assessment of trophic statet according to LAWA (May to October). As measuring-device a fluorometer (bbe AlgaeTorch 10) was used.
