Data and code for Assembly geometry and representative selection in viral capsid structures

This deposit contains the data and code accompanying the manuscript “Assembly geometry and representative selection in viral capsid structures.” It includes a sequence-linked structural catalog, inspection sets, curated application evidence, structural data tables, and a reproducibility package. The package provides frozen RCSB PDB responses, 393 derived C-alpha mmCIF coordinate files, numerical profiles, acquisition and analysis scripts, catalog-generation code, figures, and provenance records with checksums. The primary analysis comprises 339 entries in 106 exact-sequence groups and 771 non-independent pairwise comparisons. All 393 candidate entries retain their quality-control status and eligibility decisions. Original all-atom coordinates are available through the accession-specific RCSB PDB URLs supplied in the manifests. The resource supports reproducible structural comparisons and transparent selection of representative capsid configurations.
