Network program AMR super bugs one health

The aim of the study was to evaluate the safety and functional characteristics of bacteria isolated from traditional dairy products through high-resolution genomic characterization. We conducted a genomic analysis of Escherichia coli strains isolated from cattle milk, with a particular focus on their whole genome sequences (WGS) to identify differences in pathogenicity and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) gene profiles.
