This study explores the role of Sirt6, an NAD+-dependent histone deacetylase, in regulating mast cell-driven inflammation and fibrosis in adipose tissue. To elucidate functional outcomes, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis using littermate WT and mast cell-specific KO mice on a high-fat diet.
