The goal of this study is to compare the functional and taxonomic composition of soils suppressive or conducive to wheat crown rot (caused by Fusarium graminearum). This data contains metagenome and 16S and ITS amplicon sequences of DNA extracted from the rhizosphere of wheat plants. The wheat plants were grown in disease-suppressive and disease-conducive soils from France and Switzerland.
