Bulk RNA-seq of human knee osteoarthritis synovium

To classify knee osteoarthritis (OA) synoviums according to gene expression patterns, we performed RNA-seq using synovial tissues obtained from OA patients and non-OA patients. Overall design: We performed RNA-seq using synovial tissues obtained from 36 knee OA patients undergoing primary total knee arthroplasty (TKA) and 5 patients undergoing arthroscopy one year after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
