PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology contributing to both of further improvement of workability for an inner wall panel unit and securement of recoverability of original state for a wall surface. SOLUTION: A mounting substrate frame 2 can be fixed in a stretched state between a ceiling surface CS and a floor surface FS by arranging the mounting substrate frame 2 in a state of abutting on or approaching to a wall surface W in a room and adjusting a length of the mounting substrate frame 2 via adjuster bolts 70，70; and by engaging dovetail grooves Dga， Dga， Dgb1， Dgb1 of panels 4A， 4B， 4C with first， second and third dovetail tenons 30， 30， 32， 32， 50， 50 of the mounting substrate frame 2， a plurality of panels 4A， 4B， 4C can be mounted on the mounting substrate frame 2. That is， the plurality of panels 4A， 4B， 4C can be installed at positions facing the wall surface W in the room without using fastening members such as bolts and screws. SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 25
