Colorectal cancer is a malignant tumor occurring in the colon or rectum. It is one of the most prevalent malignant tumors worldwide, with high incidence and mortality rates. This product provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell analyses. For DNA analysis, it covers point mutations, structural variations, fusion gene analysis and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. Apart from differential gene expression analysis, RNA-seq analysis also includes novel transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis includes cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis and transcription factor analysis.
