Human land-use and non-native species erode ecosystem services by changing community size structure

This document shows the raw data and R codes that were used to produce the analyses of the manuscript entitled “Human land-use and non-native species erode ecosystem services by changing community size structure”.

This manuscript investigated whether and how the replacement of natural rainforest by human land-use can change the size structure of fish communities and the consequences of this for the provision of an important ecosystem service (the fishery potential). For this, 21 years of data on the size structure of fish and fishery potential in 8 floodplain ecosystems were used.
