RNA-seq of human iPSC-derived neurons CRISPR-engineered to express a Q331K point mutation in the TARDBP locus and comparison to isogenic controls

The Q331K mutation in TARDBP is an established mutation known to cause Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. These data therefore enable analysis of the transcriptomic changes that occur in neurons bearing this mutation and provides insight into the etiology of the disease.
