The Regulatory Mechanism of Pigment Reduction in Mutant Leaves of Torreya grandis: An Integrated Transcriptome and Photosynthesis Analysis

The regulatory mechanisms controlling leaf coloration and their impact on photosynthetic performance in T. grandis are not fully elucidated. This study explores mutant T. grandis leaves incomparison to normal green leaves throuth integrated transcriptomic and physiological analyses. Our findings provide insights into the variations in photosynthetic performance and gene expression profiles between mutant and green leaves.
