Trastuzumab resistance remains a clinical challenge in ᎻᎬᎡ2-positive cancers. We investigated the transcriptome of trastuzumab-resistant (HR) ᎻᎬᎡ2-positive cells to identify novel resistance mechanisms for potential therapeutic targeting. SNU-2670 and SNU-2670HR cells were seeded and incubated under normal culture condition for 72 h followed by RNA isolation for subsequent RNA sequencing.
