This study examines gene expression differences between adult and hatchling worms of Macrostomum lignano. Methods in brief: RNA was extracted from pools of adults and hatchlings (4 replicates each). Illumina TruSeq stranded cDNA libraries were constructed for each sample and sequenced on a single lane of the NovaSeq 6000 platform.
