The tumor microenvironment plays a crucial role in soft tissue sarcoma development and response to therapy. We used single cell RNA sequencing to analyze the malignant, immune, and other stromal cells present within soft tissue sarcomas. Single cell RNA-sequencing was performed on 7 soft tissue sarcomas from 6 patients. [UPDATE] 05-31-2024: For GSM6534011 and GSM6534013, the titles were swapped and the processed data files were renamed accordingly. The file associations did not change.
