Metagenomes, Metatranscriptomes and Biogeochemical Data from Soils Incubated with Biosolids, PFAS and Biodegradable Plastics (MOSH FSP)

This collection comprises data collected from a six-month lab-scale soil mesocosm incubation experiment which aimed to characterise soil microbial community responses to biosolids, PFAS and biodegradable plastics. The data includes long and short read DNA sequence data, RNA sequence data and biogeochemical measurements taken from the various treatments at the commencement of the experiment (timepoint 0), at six weeks incubation (timepoint 1) and at the completion of the incubation at six months (timepoint 2). This research was part of the Microbiomes for One Systems Health Future Science Platform (MOSH FSP) 2021-2025.
