RNA sequencing of lung tissues from Mycobacterium orygis infected and healthy cattle.

Whole RNA transcriptome was performed on bovine lung granulomatous tissues from Mycobacterium orygis infected cattle and compared with healthy cattle lung tissues. Overall design: Bovine lung tissues displaying granulomatous lesions and healthy lung tissue from crossbred Sahiwal X Holstein Friesian cattle were collected. Whole transcriptome sequencing was performed using paired-end sequencing in a Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
