Data and code for a genus-level comparative analysis of the Populus heat shock transcription factor family
收藏资源简介:
Supporting data and run scripts for the manuscript “Pangenomic context reveals the evolutionary landscape of the heat shock transcription factor (HSF) gene family in poplar.” The archive contains representative coding models for 579 Populus HSF genes across 19 genomes (389 from source annotations and 190 recovered using BITACORA v1.4.2): a combined GFF3, 19 per-species GFF3 files, matched CDS and protein FASTA files, and model-level metadata and evidence. It also contains OrthoFinder v3.0.0 assignments for 698 HSF proteins (579 Populus and 119 from seven outgroups), BITACORA and OrthoFinder run scripts and parameters, and three 190-page PDF series showing syntenic context, local DNA alignment, and pooled RNA-seq read alignments for the recovered models. README.md and checksums.sha256 document the files in the complete ZIP archive. The external genome assemblies and raw RNA-seq data are available from their original sources and are not redistributed here.
