This report provides a detailed analysis, simulation, and optimization of a modular laser-plasma confinement reactor. The reactor incorporates advanced technologies, including Kekulé-patterned graphene toroids, ultra-intense ultra-short laser pulses, and zirconia-stabilized yttria (YSZ) confinement capsules with gold-doped silica aerogel coatings. It explores the feasibility of achieving energy gains through quasi-fusion processes enabled by Alfvén magnetosonic waves and magnetic asymmetries. Comparative analysis against experimental systems such as the SMART TOKAMAK highlights the reactor's superior efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
