Anti-rotation drive mechanism for reciprocating saws

Drive device for back and forth movement with: a housing; a drive shaft rotatably mounted in the housing; an elongated spindle mounted in the reciprocating housing， the spindle having a receptacle at a first end configured to engage a swashplate connector assembly; a swash plate assembly mounted on the shaft and having an extended bracket with a swash plate assembly for engaging the spindle receptacle; wherein the connection structure has a first and a second spherical connection which are arranged concentrically to one another， the first connection causing the spindle to move back and forth and the second connection preventing the spindle from rotating， characterized in that the spindle receptacle defines an elongated groove with side walls extending outward from the cylindrical opening， the length of the groove being oriented in the direction of the back and forth movement of the spindle， the second ball-like connection being located at the back movement of the spindle back and forth in the groove， the diameter of the second spherical connection being slightly smaller than the groove width， so that the second connection touches the groove side walls in a point contact connection during the back and forth movement of the spindle.
