This document sets out the content and data-sharing options for a dataset comprised of:- Transcripts of 14 interviews with 16 migration lawyers specialized in Dutch migration law, conducted by Saskia Bonjour and Susan Diepenmaat from October to December 2022.- A report of an exploratory conversation with a migration lawyer conducted by Saskia Bonjour in November 2020- A report of an exploratory conversation with a migration lawyer conducted by Saskia Bonjour in September 2022- 18 documents from the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) relating to the implementation of Dutch family migration lawThe document also contains the interview guide, the codebook, and the ethical clearance.
