资源简介:
This dataset contains the receiving media impacted by one or more aqueous releases from one or more Classified Environmental Protection Facility(s) with identification of the type of release (direct or indirect) on the perimeter of the SALW region.
Attention, this dataset is not exhaustive on the SALW perimeter. It concerns the perimeter of the former Aquitaine region.
A classified facility for the protection of the environment (ICPE), in France, is an installation operated or owned by any natural, legal, public or private person, which may present dangers or disadvantages to the convenience of residents, health, safety, public health, agriculture, the protection of nature and the environment, the conservation of sites and monuments.
In addition, an ICPE is an establishment (installation) that has an activity corresponding to an activity category described in a list of the environmental code. The ICPE classification regime (Seveso, Authorisation, Registration, Declaration) is set by a specific threshold for each heading.
The location of these water bodies is either by:
— the SANDRE code of the receiving water body if it is a direct discharge to the natural environment (no third party stakeholders in the discharge purification).
— the SANDRE code of the receiving treatment plant if it is an indirect discharge, connected to a collective network.
The same ICPE can have two types of discharges (direct and/or indirect) and impact one or two water bodies.
A body of water may be impacted by several ICPEs.
