Gene expression in SU-DIPG20, SU-DIPG31, SU-DIPG35, and SU-DIPG-48 primary human tumor samples

Gene expression in SU-DIPG20, SU-DIPG31, SU-DIPG35, and SU-DIPG-48 primary samples was quantified to gain insight into diffuse glioma biology. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on primary human DIPG tumor tissue for patients "DIPG20", "DIPG31", "DIPG35" and "DIPG48". RNA was sequenced on the Illumina NextSeq 500 and fpkm values were quantified using featureCounts (Liao et al, 2014). Replicates were performed as indicated in the metadata spreadsheet. Due to patient privacy concerns, we are witholding raw sequencing files at this time.
