Whole Y-chromosome sequences from Argentine individuals. Argentinian individuals Y chromosome sequencing

Whole Y-chromosome sequences of 13 Argentinian individuals belonging to Q Haplogroup are presented here. Sequencing was performed by Full Genomes Corporation (www.fullgenomes.com) with Y Elite 2.1 service. This company provided an Illumina HiSeq 4000 which offers a paired-end runs with length of reads 150 bp, a coverage of 30x and involving Agilent SureSelect target enrichment system. We received the results in fastq format. Here, we present the data in both fastq and vcf formats.
