Single-Cell Transcriptomic Analysis of Dental Pulp and Periodontal Ligament Stem Cells [BulkRNA-seq]

We have applied a novel and unique strategy to validate the annotation of cell cluster identified from scRNA-seq. Bulk RNA-seq data were generated for osteoblast and fibroblast samples and from bulk RNA-seq data. Signature Scores were computed based on the signature genes that were differentially expressed between osteoblasts and fibroblasts to infer the concordance between cell clusters identified in scRNA-seq data and osteoblasts and fibroblasts. We generated the bulk RNASeq data from osteoblasts and fibroblasts, two main differentiated cell types from DPSC and PDLSC, for validating the clustering results from scRNA-seq
