PROJECT - Challenges and Advances in Public Policies for African-based Religions: A Systematic Literature Review

This research project focuses on analyzing the development and implementation of public policies aimed at African-based religions in Brazil. These religions, historically marginalized and stigmatized, have sought greater recognition and protection from the State. However, challenges persist, ranging from prejudice and religious intolerance to the effectiveness of implemented policies. Thus, this research aims to identify and synthesize the scientific evidence on the advances and challenges faced by these policies, offering a critical and systematic analysis of the topic.
