Twig age-dependent negative correlation between Taxol accumulation and endophytic fungal assembles provide insights into screening efficient Taxol-related fungal elicitors

We identified two effective fungal elicitors, L01 (Guignardia) and J02 (Diaporthe). The two fungal elicitors might activate Taxol biosynthesis by regulating the MYC2a-controlled JA signaling pathway. Overall design: Changes in taxol content in twig of Taxus mairei under fungal elicitors J2 and L1 infection compared with control.
