Single-cell RNA-sequencing analyses on pancreatic tumors from KPPC mice and PPSSC mice

Single-cell RNA-sequencing analyses were performed on pancreatic tumors from KPPC mice and PPSSC mice, so as to identify the changes of tumor immune microenvironment upon Trp53 and Smad4 deletion without KRAS mutation. We generated a novel transgenic mouse model (Trp53loxP/loxP;Smad4loxP/loxP;Pdx1-Cre) that harbors wild-type KRAS and loss of Trp53/Smad4 in the context of spontaneous PDAC. Pancreatic tumors from PPSSC were analyzed by 10x single-cell RNA-seq.
