This database contains data on emissions to air from stationary sources from 1990 onwards. Stationary sources include fire fires (such as furnaces, stoves and boilers), industrial processes and other non-mobile activities such as the use of aerosols and paint and the decomposition of manure.

### Methodology
The study uses annual environmental reports and CBS data. The calculations are carried out within the framework of the Emission Registration (ER) partnership. Emissions of greenhouse gases (CO2, CH4,N2O) from stationary sources are calculated from energy deployment according to Statistics Netherlands Energy Statistics. The volume of emissions shall be determined by multiplying energy consumption by emission factors. The basis for non-GHG emissions (e.g. CO, NOx, SO2 and PM10) is the data from the environmental annual reports.Increase to national totals is done using energy data (CBS) and emission factors.
