Pasteurella multocida is a zoonotic opportunistic pathogen. Among its variants, bovine serotype A Pasteurella multocida exhibits high incidence and pathogenicity under stress conditions, leading to significant economic losses in the livestock industry. To investigate whether there are differences in gene expression among ICR female mice infected with PmCQ2, PmCQ2 + Valine, PmCQ6c, and PmCQ6c + Histidine, the laboratory established relevant models and collected lung tissues for RNA sequencing analysis.
