Species distributions (SDMs)

This dataset compiles the results of potential distribution modeling for the three seahorse species found in Brazil (Hippocampus reidi, Hippocampus erectus, and Hippocampus patagonicus). The models were generated using the ENMTML package in R, incorporating multiple machine learning algorithms and ensemble techniques to enhance predictive robustness.The models were calibrated using occurrence records from public databases and scientific literature, combined with marine environmental variables such as sea surface temperature, salinity, and primary productivity.
