Summary of datasets used.

This file contains a unique identifier for each dataset, indicates whether gene-expression microarrays or RNA-Sequencing were used to generate the data, and indicates the name of the class variable from the original dataset. In addition, we assigned standardized names and categories as a way to support consistency across datasets. The file lists any clinical predictors that were used in the analyses as well as the number of samples and genes per dataset. (XLSX)
