European Company: to incorporate, or not to incorporate?

LLM dissertation on the European Company - Societas Europaea. The purpose of this paper is to (i) outline benefits and drawbacks of incorporating as Societas Europaea, (ii) study the numbers of incorporated European Companies and in which countries (any why) there are the most and the least of Societas Europaea, including widespread in the UK, and (iii) propose amendments to the Statute for a European company (SE).
