Overexpression of CYGB led to differential gene expression in HCT116 cells (RNA-seq)

The goal of this study was to define the cohort of genes whose expression is regulated by CYGB function in colorectal cancer. Towards this goal, HCT116 cells stably expressing CYGB (HCT-CYGB) were established. In addition, a control cells (HCT-MOCK) was generated by transfection with empty vector. Subsequently, total RNA was isolated and then performed transcriptome RNA sequence. We had two groups: (1) HCT-MOCK and (2) HCT-CYGB. Each group had 3 biological replicates.
