Intravenous vaccination with different vaccines modulates the cells in the tumor microenvironemt. We sought to characterize the effects of vaccination by different routes at single cell resolution to determine what key changes are associated with the improved efficacy we observe when vaccines are given systemically as opposed to locally. Overall design: Mice were vaccinated 1 day prior to sacrifice. Tumors and spleens were collected, Live CD45+ CD11b+ CD11c+ cells were sorted by FACS and then loaded into the 10X chromium controller.
