In this project, we analyzed transcriptome (mRNA, lncRNA, circRNA, miRNA) profiles of two common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) genotypes grown in control and high-temperature conditions. For this purpose, leaf, leaf bud, and flower bud tissues from Perola (which can bloom and fertilize at high temperatures) and Karacasehir-90 (non-flowering at high temperatures) cultivars were used. To understand the molecular mechanism related to flowering, fertilization, and fruit development in common bean plants at high temperatures, mRNAs, lncRNAs, circRNAs, and miRNAs sequences were used, and an interaction network was created.
