Dendritic cells (DCs) are comprised of a heterogenous population. Here we characterize the transcriptomic profiles of mouse splenic DC subsets at steady state to highlight key differences between subsets. Mouse splenic DCs at steady state were enriched and sorted into 3 subsets: CD8+ Conventional DC 1 (cDC1), CD8- cDC2 and plasmacytoid DC (pDC). 3 biological replicates per subset from a pool of 15-17 C57BL/6J mice per replicate.
