Random embryonic (in Lambda ZAP II vector) and larval (in pTriplE2 vector) cDNA clones derived from the non-modifier "seeking" strain and the laboratory inbred M15 strain, respectively. The Australian sheep blowfly, Lucilia cuprina (Wiedemann) (Diptera: Calliphoridae), is a destructive pest of the sheep, a model organism for insecticide resistance research, and a valuable tool for medical and forensic professionals.
