Monthly averaged temperature through March 1989 are from Baker, K.S. 1996. Palmer LTER: Palmer Station air temperature 1974 to 1996. Beginning in April 1989, monthly averaged values are computed from daily averages (dataset #28). See dataset #28 for methods and description of daily averaged values used for computation.
